2. Agents will ask and extract your opinion of what your property is worth before providing their own opinion. Giving a disappointing estimate to a Seller lowers the chance they'll get your business, so Agents will adjust their presentation and strategy based on your estimate, even if it's not the best strategy to maximize sale price.
TRICK 3:
3. Agents will boast about selling listings quickly, and suggest to you that speed of sale as an indicator of skill...it’s easy to sell quickly if you’re selling for less than market value.
TRICK 4:
4. Agents want you to spend as much money as possible on marketing fees, because advertisements for your home will include the Agent's name, phone number, brand and logo. Good marketing is important, but Agents will recommend your money is used in ways that attract new customers for themselves, rather than attracting genuine buyers.

5. Sellers very rarely leave reviews unless their Agent asks them to, and of course the Sellers who aren’t impressed don’t get asked to leave a review. Plus, some review sites don't allow feedback if the Agent fails to sell a property. It’s very easy to manipulate these systems, so don’t be fooled by a wall of 5 stars.
